In this article, Danielson discusses how a teacher may become a teacher leader. In many cases teachers see the need for improvement in there schools, yet feel they are better suited in the classroom rather than in an administrative position. In such a case a teacher becomes a teacher leader by meeting with fellow teachers to motivate them to go the extra mile to improve there students education.
